Join us on this year’s Weaving Tour to East Timor. The tour aims to give a unique cross- cultural experience to a group of 6-8 participants. With a focus on Indigenous weaving and fair trade development, we will discover how women live in traditional society and also as citizens in an emerging democracy. Participating on the tour is a once in a life-time opportunity to intimately engage with East Timorese culture and tradition whilst sharing in an unforgettable journey with like-minded people. Leaving mid Sept 2010 (exact dates to be confirmed).
