The season of Black Friday shopping is right around the corner, and preparing for the mad dash to the registers is Foot Locker, the largest chain of footwear purveyors in the world. The line-up is impressive (most of which can be seen in our Black Friday shopping guide), and it includes the Air Jordan 6 Infrared, the KD 7 “Lightning 534”, Knicks Foamposites, and much more that’s not pictured here (LeBron 12, adidas D Rose/J Wall 1, etc.). Get a look at some of the upcoming shoes at Footlocker.com and their retail locations, and check out their Jordan Brand wish list if you need a creative spin on gift-giving.
The Jordan 11 Low Bred could just be the most highly anticipated sneaker release of summer, and it’s not all that difficult to see why. Jordan Brand could have given us a standard lowtop of the classic Air Jordan 11 Bred aesthetic much like they did with the Concord Lows last year, but instead they delved deeper into their history to bring us something truly special during their 30th summer. The shoe features a red lining as a call back to the PEs that Jordan wore during the summer of 1996. The brand has already confessed to bringing back a number of early samples as new colorways this year, from the Air Jordan 5 Pre-Grape to those mysterious Rare Air’ Air Jordan 1s without the Wings logo. The Cordura nylon construction returns featuring the staple black patent leather in this Air Jordan 11 Low Bred release.
